This class is designed for public librarians and secondary school librarians, teachers, nurses, and counselors. Grants and Proposal Writing

This class is designed for beginning proposal writers.  It is designed to teach participants how to apply for funding opportunities. Each component of the grant writing process will be addressed, including: documenting the need; identifying the target population; writing measurable objectives; developing a work plan; an evaluation plan and dissemination plan.  This course will be promoted to librarians, health professional organizations and community- and faith-based organizations:  http://cech.mlanet.org/node/285 and http://nnlm.gov/training/grants/

More Than a Bandage: Health Information Resources for K-12 Health Professionals

This presentation will introduce free health information resources for K-12 health professionals provided by the National Library of Medicine (NLM). NLM's Online Playground: K-12 Health and Science Resources from the National Library of Medicine

This presentation will introduce free K-12 resources from the National Library of Medicine (NLM).
